How Membership Works
We get to know you during your first appointment.
We’ll review your medical history, run a set of labs, and collaboratively set up goals for your health journey.
We’ll dive into your test results together.
You’ll receive an in-depth review, and we’ll work together to create a comprehensive plan tailored to help you reach your health goals.
We’ll schedule a 6-week follow-up appointment to recheck your blood and assess your progress.
This allows us to fine-tune your plan and make any necessary adjustments.
You get direct access to your healthcare team the whole time.
Ask questions and hear directly from your provider through email, text, or our patient portal.
Medical membership is not required for aesthetic services.
Aesthetic-only patients don’t pay an access fee. Contact us for a free aesthetic consultation.

Functional and Aesthetic Medicine Service Menu
Visits
- Office Visit: $75
- Telehealth Visit: $75
- No Show Fee: A $75 fee will be charged for appointments canceled within 24 hours or if the patient does not show up.
- New Medical Patient Deposit: $300 (forfeited if a patient cancels within 24 hours of the appointment)
- New Aesthetic Patient Deposit: $100 (forfeited if patient cancels within 24 hours of the appointment)
Bio Identical Hormone Pellet
- Male: $550 – $650 | Lasts 4 – 6 months
- Female: $350 | Lasts 3 – 4 months

- Via Insurance: $25 | The lab company may bill additional charges depending on insurance coverage
